Accurate description fast delivery.
The pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100kg. At the minimum it's hard to move (I'm a climber and have quite strength in my hands). It's a device for strength training, not to take lightly. It includes a decimal counter with a button at the end of the exercise.

Great little gripper. Feels a bit flimsy, but I've been really really beating mine up for a few weeks now and it's been very durable with no issues yet.

It's okay, it does its job, but the bad part is the material; maybe 40kg is fine, but any more weight and it starts to bend since it's made of plastic. It's durable but can break. I recommend it, YES, but with a limit.
