Simple tool, serious core work

Kneel, grip the handles and roll out slowly, then pull yourself back in. The ab wheel works your abs, obliques, shoulders and back in a single movement.

  • Wide 5.9 in (15 cm) wheel for steady rolling.
  • Steel handle bar with non-slip grips.
  • Quiet-rolling wheel for indoor floors.
  • Rated for loads up to 286 lb (130 kg).

Start with short rollouts from your knees on a mat, keep your core braced and only roll as far as you can control.

It is as indicated, but the wheel is not that big and it leaves me wondering how long it will last since it doesn't look very durable.
