Fill it no more than two-thirds with hot (not boiling) water, squeeze out the air and close the cap tightly. Children should use it only with adult supervision.

10/10! Received it on time and very cute! I expected it to be smaller lol. And as someone with very bad period cramps, it works really well so I recommend. Just made sure to was it before using because of the smell. The blue part is what holds the water and is inside of the fur part in case you couldn’t tell.
